While I agree that Fuzzy is STILL bottom tier, that's probably not the reason they had to recruit so many girls. They take a lot of juniors during recruitment, which means they turn over girls more quickly. Houses like KD, DDD, Chio and AGD have stopped taking juniors because they don't have to. Bottom tier, like it or not, is Fuzzy, DZ, AXO, GammaPhi, AEPhi and AOPi. Not necessarily in that order. Fuzzy hasn't been anything but bottom tier in our lifetime.
