First question... If you are a serial rushee, houses will remember you. If you already went through recruitment once, make up your mind if you are going through Fall or Spring. I wouldn't recommend doing both. Second question... Those that don't make quota (last year there were only 2 and both of those are doing informal) do snap bidding before bids are handed out. The only way to get a snap bid is to go through recruitment. Those that aren't at total, can COR after bid day. Don't expect too many of the top houses to do COR after formal. You might have a few mid tier, based on where quota is set, but mostly its the lower tier houses,
