They didn't say it about AXiD & DZ (I'd believe that some girls would put either of those above maybe ChiO, AGD, AXO, DDD because they meet girls more similar to themselves) But you don't have to know much about recruitment to realize that if women weren't forced to go back to those houses most wouldnt, and that AEPhi and especially AOPi's return rates are horrible. I have AOPis that I love and are sweet girls, but the only ones I've ever met that put AOPi first after Preference were girls who only had AOPi that day. Fact is, PHA forces chapters to bid up to quota and AOPi doesn't even pick the girls that they get. After their most favorites go to the best cross prefs (DDD,ChiO,AGD), their middle favorites go to lower cross prefs (AXiD,AXO,DZ), theyre really left with the girls at the bottom of their own list that they never wanted but kept coming back each round because AOPi doesnt recruit well enough to get good return rates any round to cut the weird girls. The same goes for AEPhi just at a slightly lower scale, and they would/will become the new AOPi whenever AOPis nationals gets really tired of this crappy chapter.
