I don't think they ever hated each other. There was the whole twitter thing where guys from TKE made a fake Phi Psi account and started posting about the Pi Phi fire escape incident. It landed on TFM and apparently Phi Psi alums were not pleased but TKE apoligized. In all honestly Phi Psi knows it's top house on campus so it's not worth it at all to waste energy provoking other houses.
