It is possible for you to get a bid through COB (Continuous Open Bidding) as a third year but you have to be open minded and put yourself out there. COB is informal and chapters that didn't reach quota during formal or who are under the Chapter Total membership number can start their COB process the day after bid day. Chapters COB at the start of fall too, there is no fall recruitment. COB is not organized by PHA, it's just chapters doing it on their own, so the more sorority members you can reach out to the better your chances to be considered for a COB. You need to fill out the PHA form to verify that you are eligible for a bid and to express interest in getting one.
