That house is owned by either Phi Psi's nationals or a group of very wealthy Phi Psi alum. It was only being rented out when they were off campus. They sunk millions into renovations back in the early 2010s. That was back when my brother was in and they were considered the top frat on campus. Now that they've been recolonized, they took it back. But its always been owned by them.
