This is the most common “ranking” I have heard around for whatever it’s worth, for pnms your college experience will be determined more by how well you fit into your house than how good your house is so just keep that in mind seriously. With that being said: Delt, Sig chi: Delt is top but sig chi gets the same type of respect, best houses in all regards just differ in pledge process difficulty SAE: just below but not a meaningful difference, can struggle to throw solo parties and catches some heat for that but overall next best Apes, Pikapp, KA: all about the same in the low top range in terms of who they recruit and sorority relations, apes obviously is going to be a better fit for Jewish, Pikapp and ka are similar except ka has a tougher pledge process and is more typical “frat” douche guys if that’s what your looking for but has been struggling to recruit as well as some of the old phi psi guys they had, and Pikapp is larger and a little more down to earth, both Pikapp and ka are trending up DKE, Beta: Dke took a big hit getting in some heat and personally I think will not even stay at this level for more than a year or two, beta had a good fall but are religious self rankers on this site. Beta trending up and dke down but in terms of quality dke still wins. Pledge processes are wildly different OX, TKE: tke is rebranded ksig with a bunch of squids, not sure the outlook on them but sweet house, ox is like academic and friendly but unfortunately trending down, they have an easy pledge process as well. KDR, FIJI, TEP: these are like the lowest frats I would personally recommend joining without first considering not being in a frat at all. Don’t know much about them but they seem to get enough people at parties where it seems ok. Anything outside of this I would only recommend joining if ur really just looking to hangout and make friends which totally nothing wrong with that, just the other stuff typically associated with fraternities is really only found in this group of fraternities in a way that’s worth while imo
