First of all, not every other school does fall rush. Miami and OSU have the 2 biggest recruitments in Ohio and they are both in January, as are many smaller schools. You can have alums start sending recs whenever they want, but I would advise not to send until August when everyone returns to school. The chapters file them away until late November when they start reviewing to target the girls they are most interested in.
