For fraternities rankings are based mostly on how hot the girls are you hang out with and how much money you spend on socials. Phi Psi is the undisputed top house on campus but that doesn't mean everyone would fit in there or wouldn't have a much better experience in another house. Top tier fraternities will mix almost exclusively with the top 5 sororities while middle tier fraternities will do events mostly with middle tier sororities and some with the top 5.
