I already know people are going to hate on Pi Phi, Theta, DZ, AEPhi, and AXO but their new classes are so good and they’re fun now and not as problematic. And DG, Tri Delt, Fuzzy, Chi O, and AGD have all massively declined in quality and frats that used to like them are starting to hate them. All you hear is problems from them.
