If you're going to break it down in four sections: PiPhi/Kappa/DG Theta/APhi (aphi is still as good as theta because all thetas social hot seniors graduated and much better than kd) KD DDD/XO (I personally dont like either house, but theyre pretty much opposites of each other, so its personal preference) AGD (AGD isnt that high because theyre sloppy and still have too many blahh girls, there arent any super pretty or hot girls) AXD DZ/AXO (DZ has gotten a lot better while AXO contines to get worse) Gamma Phi (when you look at the whole chapter they look like axd but theyre too much of a mess internally) AEPhi AOPi
