1. all of the houses where you attended pref will definitely know that you had previously signed a bid card and dropped. 2. Every time you go through, your chances of getting any bid are reduced. If you are now a sophomore, your chances drop somewhat; if you are a junior now, they drop dramatically and if you are now a senior, forget it. 3. If you previously accepted a bid to a mid or upper tier, your only chances will be a lower tier. And don't tell us you previously accepted a bid to an upper tier. 4, It is a fact that if you signed a card after Pref, you must wait one full year to sign another
