The rechartered versions of tke, phi psi and sammy are still bottom tier, I wouldn’t call that relevant. Just cause you have a house and a name doesn’t change the fact they are a bunch of freaks. Ksig is rechartering fall 2024 and they are gonna suck too. It’s about the over 100 years of culture that was lost when these organizations were kicked off. You can’t just take a house and name and expect to be a top tier you need people to pass down the touch per day and teach you the secrets and give you the connections.
