You can't make a definitive order because different girls like different frats. You have to put them in groups. Within each group it's just a matter of personal preference. Tier 1 (every sorority would prefer these two over anyone else): Phi psi, TKE Tier 2 (the next best): Kappa Sig, Delt, Sigma Chi Tier 3 (solid options for a top sorority, but not as often): SAE, Pike, Phi Delt Tier 4 (usually some good guys, but a lot that people don't like too): ATO, AEPi, Sig Ep, Fiji Tier 5 (either too small or too weird): everyone else
