(a) Sigma Chi would not pass in the South, Sigma Chi would not even pass in West Virginia. These guys know nothing about being from the South - they don't hunt, they aren't wealthy, and they don't have a long tradition of excellence and dominance of campus life. (b) How many Sigma Chis, and this more so applies to Phi Psi, wear flat bills and Nike hightops. Hey, those aren't Southern fratty. They're West Coast bro. (c) The rest of your argument is valid.
