Sigma Chi and TKE are definitely the top 2 fraternities on campus this year. I give the edge to Sigma Chi simply based off their pairings. KKG and Pi Phi love them. Sammy and Phi Psi are 3 and 4 but don't look for them to rise to 1 or 2 this year simply because of all of their sanctions.
