Phi Delt-Another rising fraternity. Have a great house and best front lawn in Greek Life. Good members, don't throw huge parties, but seem to have a good time. Apparently they are a big stoner frat, but still a cool group. SAE-The person below me rated them higher then the likes of Phi Delt and AEPi, and I have no clue how. No very little about them, except the guys I see walking around campus look awkward. Don't hear much about them socially, but have a nice looking house. Acacia-A social non-factor. Even the lower tier sororities don't want to be stuck with them. But I'm not here to hate, the ones I've met are very nice guys, they're just guys who don't seem right for frats. Sigma Pi-The person below me said they were a rising frat, and I'm not sure about that. They're in Pikes old place, which is a nice place, but they're still small and probably years away from being socially relevant. Triangle, Delta Chi, Lambda Chi, etc... All seem to have good brothers and their strengths.
