You must either be a sophomore or a freshman. When a fraternity gets kicked off campus all of the guys who were part of the fraternity before they got kicked out do not just get to join when they are back on campus again. It will be a new set of guys. Believe it or not but Phi Tau use to be one of the top tier fraternities at Ohio State during the 2000's and then they got kicked out and now look at them.
