I agree with almost all of that, I just don't think gamma phi should be up that high. They've only been active for like a week, it's going to take years before they become mid tier. I would put them under Aephi and DZ because 1.) they're so big there's no way their sisterhood is very strong, I see it being very cliquey. 2.) I heard they're not having football block and that they won't be doing anything with frats for a year, so obviously not very social. 3.) they won't have a house until fall of 2015 4.) there are too many weird girls for them to be considered collectively hot
