since some (most?) chapters own their houses, there is no way OSU can purchase them without an outright without the chapter's permission The only way for OSU to really effect fraternities is the two year live in requirement. If chapter houses dont meet code than they'll be at a disadvantage compared to the ones like Delt and Pike that do
