Sigma Pi and Pike. I know, two completely different "tier" fraternities. And I know Sig Pi is losing their house this year too. They are actually the only two I visited this semester after missing the involvement fair and I wasn't able to find out too much about other fraternities. Thing is, I really do get along with a lot of the brothers at Sig Pi and I'm actually somewhat surprised that they're considered so bottom tier, although I guess house location and now not having a house will do it. To be honest, if I find out that I'm in an extremely small pledge class, which I could be with Sig Pi, I don't know that I'll really consider them anymore. Pike is definitely my first choice right now though and they want to interview me too, but I don't really know how much weight being interviewed really holds and if I don't get a bid, I don't necessarily want to pass up on another fraternity where I like those brothers too. I know to most people the obvious choice is Pike, but who knows if I'll even get a bid yet
