Oh! That makes more sense. More girls are choosing the higher chapters, but they can only ask back the same as the other chapters, therefore more girls are getting cut even though the same number are getting asked back, right? Also if you get asked back to any top tier chapters for sisterhood round, does that mean you have a good shot at making it to their pref round? Since that means they obviously liked you enough for sisterhood to not cut you?
