During the Meet the Chapters Round, there were 1126 girls who registered for recruitment and visited every house. Top houses had very high retention rates, which enabled them to be more selective. This was very evident in Philanthropy round. Top tier houses only invited back less than half of the original pnms (around 450), middle tier houses invited back around 500-600 girls, and bottom tier houses got the leftovers and girls who didn't cross them off their list. Going into Sisterhood round, it will be even more competitive. Top tier chapters might invite back like 200-250 women, which means there will be severe cuts and lots of broken hearts. Middle tier might invite back closer to 300. By Preference Round, those numbers are practically cut in half. These are just numbers, but it's a friendly reminder of how important it is to keep an open mind!
