Grades are only one thing the chapters look at. But, I'll warn you that most chapters post one GPA minimum but have an unpublished GPA that they really use and it's higher. Other things they look at personality, your looks (many houses don't want girls who are overweight and have a pizza face), your style (no you don't have to wear designers and can still have style), your involvement, your rec score, who you know in the house.
