I would put sigma chi 2nd tier and DTD is no where near 2nd tier... 1st tier: PKP, Sammy, TKE 2nd tier: Beta, Kappa Sig, ATO, Sigma Chi 3rd: everyone else ATO is about to move into the everyone else tier if they don't make some changes next quarter.
