3 tiers, the srats in each tier can be interchangeable based on opinion, personal experience / relationships. Were put in alphabetical order to show non bias. I’d love some constructive criticism in the comments, I think we need to finally make agreements on the middle tiers for who can move up or down and who stays the same. I’m older and I’m sure there are more accurate and more fresh ideas with the younger students. So what do you all think? Are the top still the top? The bottom still the bottom? Let me know.
