Undisputed top: Sit Chi, Phi Psi— the only two everyone can agree are top tier. Phi psi has slipped a little since going underground but still definitely one of the top two houses Lower top/ Upper Mid: Delt, Sae, Kappa Sig, Sammy — some think they’re top some think they’re not. Delt and sae have fared really well recruiting since others have gone underground. Kappa sig and sammy throw some of the best parties on campus. Really up to the girl if she considers them top Mid: Tke, Apes, Phi Delt — all three used to be good, but have all really struggled and are definitely not in the same level as the frats above them. This is the last of the “relevant” frats Lower Mid/ Bottom: Beta, Ato, theta chi Pike, Fiji, sig ep, etc Some of these frats some people think are rising (beta and ato) because of their houses but it’s tough to escape having just weird guys. The others are just the rest of the big frats.
