Basically explained it perfectly the difference between the majority of Phi Psis and TKE. Phi Psi and TKE won't look at your financial background, but you will learn really quick if you can afford to live their lifestyles. I have friends who live in both houses and with their random fees among other things they are usually paying around 6000 dollars a semester. If you are questioning if you can afford top tier then you probably need to go lower.
