not the same as Beta, OSU didn't impose anything on Beta... at OSU they were cleared of all charges, it was when their Nationals came in that they said "three years" see yah then So Sammy was told by OSU originally two years third on probation, then down to one off one pro. Sammy's nationals were annoyed with the lack of "gentlemanly conduct, humility and responsibilty" shown by those guys and they now have said two full years off. Beta was nothing and then three years from nationals.
