the Sammys are trying to plead that they dont haze and have been unjustly punished, you admit youve received multiple slaps on the wrist for years, eventually the punishment will escalate because you arent getting the message, it went from a few weeks probation, to no greek week, to suspended for the rest of the year, then two with extreme probation, now its down to one with pro. You haze, and have yet to improve or show that you value your chapter by being more careful. The same things could be happening to SigChi right now, but theyre smart enough to be more careful after everything that has happened to them.
