They've ran this site forever, we all know its true. They're the only ones that actually care about this site for fraternities, and 100% of the none sorority related material comes from them. Sure they're ok but honestly they aren't top anymore and most people know it. DTD DX and KS are the only 3 historically great chapters left not being run into the ground by weak dudes. Phipsi SAE AEPi Sammy are good groups too but they're getting to be too weak to compete with above for pull or good guys anymore.
