I’m a new member in a chapter that I was super excited about during formal recruitment, I’ve been really active and participated once the events so far and tried to get to know a lot of the girls but I feel like the mood in completely different from during recruitment ( which I get since recruitment is your best self ). I don’t feel like I fit in at all but I want to stick it out and see if I meet more girls , connect more and fit in better by the time initiation comes around. Is it reasonable to drop if you still don’t fit in at all before initiation and try again during formal recruitment next year ? Or do you not usual fit into your chapter until much longer after initiation?
