Yes, that's dirty rushing. Some examples are more egregious than others and some actives just don't understand the rule, but a member cannot guarantee you a bid or imply you are getting a bid or even imply that you will be invited back to another round. Because that's not how the selection process works for any house. Of course, the line of what actually counts as dirty rushing is a little blurry, but its best to avoid it.
