When it comes down to it, mid tier and what is thought to be lower mid tier are all GREAT chapters. They are typically the chapters with the best sisterhood, they really like each other and they are very genuine. They get a bad rap because they aren't top tier and some shallow people think that top tier is all that matters. I'm not in any of these houses but know girls in each and they are all very sweet. Not sure why anyone is surprised by these chapters since you should be honored to get bids from any of them.
