thanks to the girl who wrote the long post. she’s right and a lot of this is public info right now bc we’re all switching from three to two pref. parties and PHA explained more about the numbers for recruitment to CRO/VPRs/etc. it’s also part of the $$$ convo. the top tier chapters have bigger budgets for less people each round. imho DG/PiPhi APhi all have huge budgets and do well KD/KAT/DDD ChiO all have okay budgets but work really hard on other parts, on doing better than the others shows quickly bc they dont have the budgets to cover it up AZD/Zeta AXO/AGD all have something going for them but mess up a bit and dont have big budgets (besides Zeta, where nationals is essentially paying to keep them in this group) GPB/DZ AOPi AEPhi Kappa all are nice girls but whether itheir budget is stretched too thin or their new, they struggle
