Everything they said, plus PHA and/or the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life should have a list and can get you in touch with the recruitment chairs that are participating in Spring Informal. On a side note, studying/coursework is way more important than formal recruitment. I hope you find a house you love through informal or next year :)
