My best friend/roommate is a Phi Rho. She absolutely loves it! From what I know they operate like a normal chapter. They’re slightly smaller than most chapters, but bigger than some smaller typical PHA ones (pretty sure they’re bigger than AOII, maybe also DZ). I know she has socials with frats about the same amount as my chapter. I’ve seen pics from them a lot & they honestly seem pretty fun & they seem to like each other. I’d check them out. They don’t do formal recruitment but they recruit around the same time. I know they’re also considered PHA so you can’t join Phi Rho and another sorority.
