Top: Theta (best grades, house, philanthrophy and social calendar in the top tier) Alpha phi (only above bc they dont currently have a poor pledge class within thier roster) Pi phi Kappa DG (both are just kinda unranked bc they cant do anything) Mid: KD (when Kappa & DG are doing fine they just dont compete, plus my bff told me how disappointed they were because they cross-preffed with AGD this year a bunch) DDD (more similar to KD than KD is to any of the top houses but still beneath them) XO AGD (there's a wider and wider gap each failed PR plan AGD tries) Fuzzy AXO AEPhi DZ AOPi (they dont even cross pref with DZ anymore)
