Just pure honesty kappa will not have a good recruitment. Members aside, none of them have ever been on this side and it is so overwhelming. The newest pledge classes always struggle more and that’s with older girls giving advice and helping them out. Also pnms want to be a part of something with more foundational sisterhood and presence on campus. Colonized chapters never do well in their first recruitment, once they have some experience they’ll improve but this first one is going to go pretty rough like usual.
