Not all of that is true. They can recruit whenever they want. There is no "rush" period. But I think "yeezus" is talking about having a 2 week period where you have to visit every fraternity and then put them in and preference order and they have to choose you back, basiclly how sororities do it here. I have a feeling if this happened the small fraternities would benefit and the larger ones would be pissed.
