"OSU is a massive conglomerate and more so a business than a place of higher education." Exactly my point- think about the value of that real estate, especially once the construction on their new campus gateway is complete. If they completely dissolve greek life (which has yet to be seen obviously), they'd then be in a great position to capitalize on that land. When you look at it from their perspective as a business, I wouldnt be surprised if thats where theyre going with this.
