You can still technically receive a bid from the two PHA affiliates due to loopholes. (Happened in my chapter one year. Incredibly classless of the girl to accept a bid from us while still rushing Phi Sigma Rho so I'm glad she's not in my chapter anyways.) You would not be eligible to rush any other PHA sororities, including KKG. Personally, I don't think it's worth it to drop and re-rush because it's unlikely the other chapters would give you a bid as a sophomore. You can find a fit in any sorority, so give it a shot.
