Nope, by:me, that is not the way the system works. There is no way that the rest of the sorority system is going to let great girls fall through the cracks to do kappa a favor so that kappa can scoop them up. A few girls may have been dropped before Pref round, and I am very sorry that the system did not work for them. The others either dropped out bc they were not happy with the houses that they had left or they suicided. Otherwise they would have received a bid.
