First, KKG will definitely be recruiting Juniors. There will also likely be a few houses doing informal recruitment. If you have friends in chapters already, maybe talk to them or see if any chapters advertise events for this semester. You can also do informal in the fall as a Junior and see how it goes. Again, you'll have the best chance if you already have connections, but it's not necessary. If you think you'll be around for a 5th year, bring that up too. Lastly, you can do formal recruitment next year as a Junior. You'll probably face automatic cuts in some chapters, but if you have excellent grades and a good personality, you'll likely still get a bid. Several Juniors go through every year.
