I mean plenty of women do spray tans or tanning beds or self-tanning during the winter. But I doubt chapters require members to get a spray tan, especially since plenty of members are pale. It's not like I think people have purple eyelids or eyeliner or blush or perfectly curled hair all the time. Who cares?
