You guys are all in for a rude awakening if you think the version of the girls you see during recruitment is the same ones you’ll see in the chapter. During recruitment I can tell you from a combo of what me and my friends from other chapters have to do outside the normal: spray tans, manicures, certain clothing specifications, any dyed hair to be freshly dyed, spandex, makeup rules, etc. 90% of us are just average girls usually who are required to step up their game for recruitment. We don’t all put in as much effort usually as you see now. You probably don’t realize a vast majority of the girls you’ve seen probably tanned / spray tanned little bit.
