Any sorority that is below total (the avg sorority size) may pick up a couple of girls through COB, but it's usually PNMs they know that dropped out of formal for personal reasons or didn't sign up in time. It's all very informal and not generally advertised unless a chapter is well below total. Any sorority below total will be eligible for informal recruitment in the fall. Most sororities that are eligible to recruit do informal and events may or may not be public. If there's only a couple spots, it's usually friends of PNMs already in the chapter and if there's more than 5-10 spots, it's usually advertised by the chapter.
