All houses are different regarding legacies. I know one house for a fact if make to pref round then you can be any where on their bid list. if you rank them #1 but you are close to the botton theres a good chance you won't get in. But the sorority I belong to legacies that make it to pref round you are top on our bid list. I do know a situation where a sister was a senior and her freshman sister didn't get a bid because she was to low on their bid list. nothing is a guarantee
