I feel the exact same way, and as someone who deals with anxiety also, these week is going to be really hard. One thing that I keep telling myself is that right now, at this moment, there is nothing I can do. I can't go back and change conversations or change the girls' perception of me, I just have to let things be. Obviously, that is easier said than done, but it helps me to realize that there truly isn't anything you can do (as opposed to there being something you can do but youre not actually doing it)
