Does anybody have any tips for not yanking your hair out due to stress? I know I can’t be the only one feeling this way. Please don’t just say, “trust the process” because I’ve already been dropped from a good chunk of the sororities I actually enjoyed talking to. Being that I’m still lucky enough to have some that I still really like going into the next round I’m SO SCARED they will drop me as well. Whatever is going to happen is happening either way, and I get that. I just want to hear how other people are doing/handling this unexpectedly stressful process.
